Production Standards
As part of our commitment to excellence, P.C. Werth Ltd have designed and created one of the most up to date hearing laboratories in the UK. Our integrated facility uses the latest laser manufacturing processes to ensure complete accuracy in production.
We also continue to invest in other areas of our product and services including the supply and support of instrumentation for audiology and hearing care. We are also constantly working to ensure ongoing improvement in our provision of service as well as the continual development of our range of accessories for audiology and our Soundfield Voice Enhancement Systems.
Repair, Service, Calibration and Testing
Integrated chip technology is now at the heart of nearly all hearing aids and audiological instruments, resulting in increasingly sophisticated operating software, product interfaces and product servicing complexity.
PC Werth provides the solution to this complexity. We keep pace with the latest developments in technology by working in conjunction with OEMs to offer full repair, testing and calibration facilities for audiological equipment.
Covered by our QA certification, equal emphasis is given to appropriate calibration reference standards and to prompt diagnosis of any product malfunction.
Quality Certification
At PC Werth, we take pride in our quality management system, using it to advance our performance and service. This is reflected in our Quality Certification, independently audited by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Ltd, reviewed every 9 months.
Certified to BS EN ISO 9001 & BS EN ISO 13485 for the manufacture or earmoulds and noise protection earmoulds. Supply, testing, service, calibration and final inspection of hearing aids, equipment and instrumentation for audiology, hearing care and conservation, noise and personal vibration measurement and environmental monitoring.
