As usual, it was lots going on at PC Werth: not least because it was the first time the team was on hand doing “at-show” calibrations, which were apparently fully booked. Meanwhile, this was the first trade show for private hearing aid dispensers to see the re-launched Kamplex range of equipment. The comprehensive range of instruments, which is fully compatible with NOAH 4 and Auditbase, includes screening, diagnostic or clinical audiometers, tympanometers and also combination audio-tymps.

A particular highlight is the Kamplex r17 Tablet Audiometer which will easily fit in a briefcase or medical bag and is available as screening or diagnostic instrument. Tom Parker described the r17 Audiometer as “Indispensable to every audiologist.” He said, “Not only is it portable but also, due to its exquisite design, is already becoming as desirable as high-end market tablets!” The Kamplex range also includes sound level meters, hand-held free field audiometers, occupational health audiometers, VRA systems and the “Audiofit” PC Audiometer/REM system.

Even more from PC Werth

The PC Werth team were also showing a selection of their award-winning products and accessories including the Firefly wireless video otoscope; C2Hear hearing aid training DVD and also the new Mutebutton Tinnitus System. They also had their new brochure on hand. The extensive range ensured that PC Werth were awarded AIHHP Accessory Supplier of the Year at the end of 2014, an accolade that has encouraged them to significantly increase the size of their customer service team since May of this year.
